VAT Facts

A VAT calculation is made during check-out based on address details. Tax and duty differs between countries, states and in some cases cities so we can unfortunately not guarantee that the deduction will add up to the fees paid when receiving the package.

Shipping & Delivery

Mozo delivers worldwide! For the fast and safe delivery we use UPS and Itella Priority as our shipping partners.

We suggest you to choose your work address rather than your home address as the delivery address, as most couriers only deliver between 9am-6pm, and may require a signature on receipt. You can review our delivery options in more detail in the checkout, so you choose the one that best suits what you need.

Shipping Costs

Note that shipping costs depend on the country of destination. To get to know the shipping costs, simply add the product(s) you would like to buy, go to your Cart and then fill in the ‘Shipping quotation’ form.

We offer a free shipping option for all the orders above 40€. This, however, does not discard the customs & import fees, applicable for all the parcels crossing international borders (please, see the Customs & Import part).

Shipping lead time

After receiving your order we proceed with it as quick as possible. As a rule, it takes 3-4 weeks for the pre-order product(s) to be dispatched and delivered. Normal orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-6 working days.

The official days off, such as the weekends or national holidays, may affect the speed of packing and delivery.

Once the shipment is initiated you receive a notification with the tracking number to trace the parcel.

However, please note that we are dependent on carrier services and work of the postal offices, so that we can’t provide strictly exact delivery schedules or shipping lead times.

Customs & Import

Customs or import duties can occur and are charged once the parcel reaches it’s destination country (outside the EU). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (the same applies to the special campaigns as free shipping or similar). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns (cancellation)

We give you the possibility to return a product without any reason. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us and we will provide you an instruction email, which explains how to process the return. Once the goods are returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition and packaging), we will give you a full refund for the goods. Any associated shipping costs or fees are non refundable.

Replacement

Although we carefully pack each and every order and prepare the parcels, you may receive the wrong product. In such cases, you must contact us via webshop@mozo.fi We will solve the issue for you.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

  1. Credit Card:We accept a wide variety of credit cards, e.a. MasterCard and VISA credit cards.
  2. PayPal:PayPal allows everyone with an e-mail address to make and receive payments securely online via a personal credit card or bank account. PayPal members can use PayPal to make purchases quickly and easily at the Mozo webshop.

How do I order a product?

The procedure for placing an order is easy: after choosing the product(s) you like, you proceed to the check-out where you fill-in the required fields for the shipping address and enter the payment part of the site. If you have any questions about the ordering process, feel free to contact us.

Warranty

This thoughtfully crafted Mozo accessory is guaranteed to you, the original owner, and the warranty period extends 1 year from the original purchase date.

The warranty is valid if your accessory is affected by a production failure.

Other cases will be subjected to Mozo quality control consideration.

Please note, that in order to claim your warranty, you need to be an original purchaser – either through the official webshop or through other channels of distribution.

The accessory is not waterproof and reacts to humidity. All natural materials (leather & wood) have their own unique texture and look.  Leather and wood products especially, will change in appearance with age and contact with other materials. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, negligence or abuse are not covered under warranty. Mozo will not reimburse any damage to a device used together with Mozo products. NOTE: Due to the dyeing process, colour may transfer onto lighter surfaces during initial wears.

Product Care

Every Mozo cover is one of its kind. Behind each cover there is a personal story of its owner, thus it gets a special character after a while.

Nowadays we hold the mobile phones all the time, especially in comparison with other objects. The touch of our hands to the phone is almost permanent, thus the sweat, humidity and other natural chemical reactions of our body have an affect on the cover.

The treatment which we strongly recommend to apply for the leather covers is the same that is meant for all the leather products: waterproof sprays, cleaning with a smooth textile.

For both the leather and wooden accessories it’s essential to keep them away from the oil, alcohol and similar liquids upon the surface.
